Progress Update – Jul 2011

Work continues on both the industrial units and commercial offices of Race Central.

Offices

Since the last update Race Centrals offices have been fitted out with windows, wet areas, power, comms, air-conditioning and fire sprinkler systems. Externally feature walls have been painted, stairways railed and tiled and the lift has been installed.

Race Central’s central location to both Penrith, Blacktown and Parramatta business districts open up the opportunities of a growing business to take advantage of easy, quicker motorway travel times, plenty of secure parking at affordable office lease rates. Race Central is also considering setting up corporate meeting room and function centre facilities for use by internal Race Central tenant and external businesses alike.

Units

Painting has commenced on a number of units as wet areas are finalised and facias are installed. If you would like a guided tour of the site, please contact Rob.

First Tenant: Racetech Steel

Our first tenant, Racetech Steel, has begun to move in to the newly painted unit 6 to take advantage of the nearby motorsport precinct of Eastern Creek. Being a supplier of high quality Roll Cage Tubing and more, they service many teams that use the motorsport facilities provided by Eastern Creek Raceway, so the location of Race Central was an obvious choice when they began looking for a new location to move their growing business. They also like the easy access for trucks, not only having two of NSW’s major motorways a few turns away, the large driveways and upper deck make unit access by large vehicles very easy, resulting in quicker stock turn-around times for staff and customers.

Below are photos of the Racetech Steel unit within Race Central.
